Speaker Pelosi

The following is an open letter to the Speaker of the House. Madam Speaker, While I am not a constituent of your Congressional District, nor is my member a member of your caucus, I am writing to you as a Constituent of the House of Representatives, which you have the privilege of leading for this session of Congress.  Too often our political system is bogged down in the morass of the swamp of DC.  I don't use the term the way the President does, by the way, but rather as a frustration of people in the nation that can clearly see that DC doesn't work.  We all see it.  President Trump was elected because it didn't work.  Do you understand that?  Millions of Democrats went to the polls in 2016 and pulled the lever for Trump because they felt alienated.  I am writing because you have taken an oath of office, are second in succession to the Presidency, and you have a job to do. Simple.  We all remember
