As I was driving to work today, I heard the news about the clerk in Kentucky being released from prison after being held for contempt for refusing to issue marriage licenses to gays.  This post is not about her act of civil disobedience, of which we could discuss reasonably, (like that is possible on any side)  what this post is about is that I heard Donald Trump last night acknowledge that the Supreme (singular, Kennedy) has ruled, and that gay marriage is the law of the land.  I also heard the press conference where Josh Ernest, spokesman for the President, state that no one is above the law.  Every one has to follow the law.  Soooo here comes the rage. Immigration law, not enforced, by choice, ignoring law, yet demanding new law. No, PP is not on the schedule for tonight.  Although, like the History Channel, and the Knights Templar, you never know how you may work them into the equation. A federal judge has ordered a Kentucky county clerk to jail for refusing to issue wedding licenses to same sex couples.  I have mixed feelings on this, or rather I should say that I HAD mixed feelings on this, because as a court officer, she has an obligation to uphold the law.  So why HAD, and not have?  If this were a case of just registering the documents, then I would agree that she should have done that.  However, her name is affixed to each license, showing her tacit approval.  Listening to O'Reilly tonight as I was driving home from Boise, he gave me a reason to change my mind.   He said she was the duly elected clerk  and since she was voted in, she had an obligation.  I would say that the same people that voted her in probably also voted to ban gay marriage.  So what a...

I have calmed down since last night, watching the latest Center for Medical Progress' latest video, confirming everything that has come out and more.  The more would include the National Institutes for Health buying these body parts and cadavers.  Translating, it is your tax money funding abortion, AND buying baby body parts.  Remember, the Nazi's doctors excuses were medical research, as they experimented in the concentration camps.  The horror uncovered by the Allies liberating these camps moved the world.  And yet, people gladly support Planned Parenthood, they rationalize it in their minds, and consciences by saying that PP provides health services, like say... self-sterilizations?  Well, that does fit into their genocidal plan. Before beginning, I want to write about birth control.  Birth control is a deeply personal decision.  Many churches discourage contraception, including the church that I belong to.  Having said that, it is a personal decision, and this post is not intended to judge that personal decision.  I stress that.  A personal decision, not encouraged by others, or pressured to make. Disclaimer to start with, and move on.  I am not a Dr. Carson supporter.  If you are one of the two or three that read this, you know full well that I stand with Rand, or Dr. Paul.  Dr. Paul has taken a different approach to the black community, as he is not black.  There are few on the political landscape that can speak first hand about the problems of black america more than Dr. Carson. If I were a Republican candidate for President, or involved in the political process in a formal capacity, I would be pointing out some very uncomfortable facts to the black community.  Simply: 1. I would point out that the Democratic party, which has a lock on about 90+% of the black vote, pays lip service to the group, but in reality use them simply for votes.  They are getting votes in exchange for food, shelter, health care.  Hmmm that sounds a lot like the antebellum Democrat party, you know, the former Confederate States of America, and the Klan loving post civil war party as well.
