Here it comes

Fourth in what, two days?  Holy cow!

By now, the previous post is not particularly relevant.  For now.

The world is moaning and groaning about the US not wanting to surrender its production to them.  Make no mistake, that is what it is about, internationally.  It isn't about warming, or CO2, or whatever.  Here, nationally, the Ds in the Senate dodged a bullet.  They can whine about the Agreement going the way of Kathy Griffin's career, at least short term, because they aren't on the spot.  They shouldn't whine too much though, as when the law suits start, and they will, the President may just toss it to the Constitution, and the Senate for ratification.  Well I can always dream.

So, we know that Elon Musk, Mr. "Green energy subsidy cars and more", said he would quit the various councils that he is on with the President.  Were you, dear reader, even aware that one of your progressive heroes was assisting  the President?  Well, how about that.  What do we know about the Paris Treaty, not Treaty?  Energy prices will skyrocket.  Of course that was what the previous President wanted.  He said so.

Want to know why he didn't care?  I mean, besides the fact that he is a Democrat?  Because, as the poor and middle class can't pay their bills, in comes super Gov with a subsidy, (sort of like Ocare).  That way, your cost won't be any different than coal, or Natural Gas.  (which are cheaper than wind or solar, even factoring out  the subsidies super Gov is giving the producers to build the infrastructure)  Of course, that is monopoly money that is being used to pay the bills.  The utilities don't care, as they get the cash and turn it into hard assets.

Remember, Subsidies=Slavery

Don't give me the Bill Nye pseudo science BS.  Skeptical scientists are accused of being funded by "BIG OIL", and "BIG COAL".  Maybe, but that plays both sides.  If  the government is advancing the notion of Global Warming, and your grants depend on the work you do, might you agree with the state position of super Gov?  Funny, how they are the "REAL scientists".  Nope.  Follow the money.

Oh, and aren't there subsidies for electric cars, and other fancy technology?  If we tell the alarmists what they can do with their Treaty, but not Treaty, Agreement, and further, we start ditching subsidies to all these people who are latched on to super Gov, they might have some issues.  Part of that government picking winners and losers.  NOT CAPITALISM, incidentally, but CRONY CAPITALISM.  and whom do they support with their contributions?  Not the GOP, and haven't for years, or even decades.

As a side note.  What happens to industry in the US, that we are trying to build up after its destruction at the hands of progressives?  More fleeing.  Taxes will have to go up, at least to pretend to fund the subsidies.  Production will increase in China, where they are building unfiltered, unscrubbed coal plants to provide the juice for their economy.  See, it wasn't about climate change at all.

And lastly, if BIG OIL knows that their science is bogus, then why aren't they moving their refineries and other production facilities off the coasts?  I mean, with the oceans rising, I think I might invest inland, for the new coastline.  I don't see anyone moving out of Miami.  And I don't mean Miamaa, OK.
