That was the problem Cecile? The location of the discussion?
The daughter of Ma Richards, the late former governor of the state of Texas also happens to be employed as the president of the Hitler, Nathan Bedford Forrest (founder of the KKK) Fan Club, also known as Planned Parenthood. She was testifying on the Hill yesterday, and had some very interesting things to say. NONE of which contradicted the videos. In fact she was asked about them, and the best she could come up with is that the setting was inappropriate, and that the discussion should have been a private discussion. Note that she didn't refute the part about the wholesale distribution of baby parts. YES, I said baby parts. I know, to a diehard Democrat a baby isn't a baby until the mother is wheeled out of the hospital with it in her arms, and so until they leave, it is a fetus. She admitted that 80% of PP's business is the abortion racket, which now appears to have their business model based on a car theft ring. You know, steal the car, park it in the garage, strip anything of value, and then leave what is left on the side of the road, or if you are really good, you have a crusher in back that you can turn it into recyclable metal. We have to worry about the environment you know. All of you pretending that the videos are a lie, that they were made up, well, Ma Richard's daughter just hung you out to dry.
On a lighter note;
I was listening to XM radio driving down to Salt Lake and heard an add for POTUS, which is the Politics of the United States station. They mentioned something in their ad. They said that the "Middle is where the truth lay" BULL. I think the middle is better described by Mr. Miagi in the original Karate Kid. "If you walk in middle of road, sooner or later, squish, just like grape." Let's try POTUS for a spin. I say that the redistribution of wealth has never worked. (It hasn't, exhibit A North Korea, exhibit B Cuba) a liberal would say, a, yea, what about Sweden? To which I would reply, that most of the country works, and in a country where most of the people work, it is easy to make socialism work. However, when you actively encourage people to not work, when you allow them to eke out an existence with the promise that with their vote they can continue to live in squalor on Uncle Sam's Plantation, then you have a problem. Where do you meet in the middle with that? So when they say something brillant like, oh yeah? Well it didn't work because the architect wasn't smart enough. Again, whatever. The only person who could make that work would be the alchemist that successfully turned lead into gold.
For the record, it is appearing more obvious than ever that Democrats are the party of big government, and Republicans are the party of smaller big government. Bottom line is that both parties don't want to devolve power from Washington. That doesn't mean of course that some Republicans do want to.
Wow, yesterday, the President thought that he had a deal with Putin regarding airstrikes in Syria. Think about Russia and the US working together, I guess it would be like peas and carrots! Can our leaders really be that naive? Well, the answer appears to be...... YES! Today we find out that Russian aircraft went on the attack today, not against ISIS, but against the Free Syrian army, or company, or platoon, or, a few that we had trained, (according the the Pentagon, we trained 5 for what, 200-500 million?) Whoever thought that Putin would join in against ISIS, or against Assad, has to have their head examined. They have hooked up with Iran, Syria, and Iraq, and no doubt will prop Assad up as a client state for real, and will be the new power broker in the Middle East.
The President of Argentina said in the UN today that the US State Department approached her about selling nuclear fuel to Iran. When asked to put in writing they didn't come back.
Rand Paul is being misrepresented in the media (shock, I know) they are saying he trashed Senator Cruz. For the record, he actually described what McConnell did, which is to isolate Cruz, to buy off his supporters, so that he couldn't pull another shutdown, like last year. I know that I am biased to Paul, but I think in this case, he is right. Of course, we wouldn't be talking about this had Paul not supported McConnell against Blevin in his reelection campaign last year. At least we have exposed the pretend votes for what they are, a sham, and with Boehner gone, (but not forgotten with McCarthy the likely replacement) McConnell is looking over his shoulder.
